Julie, Practice Manager
Julie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls in 2003, with a BS in Speech Communication. She started at Carver Lake Veterinary Center 2000 and enjoys being part of such a compassionate and professional team.
Julie has a three-legged Golden Retriever named Koby. She rescued this crazy critter after he had been hit by a car. She also has three cats, Ripley, Frankie, and Lita.
When not at the clinic Julie keeps busy camping, playing a variety of sports, walking Koby with her husband Max, and playing with her daughter Danika. |

Amber, Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Before joining Carver Lake's team in 2006, Amber worked for 10 years in sales management. She has always loved animals, and because of this love she decided to volunteer at Como Zoo as a zookeeper assistant in the primate enrichment program. This experience helped her to realize that she wanted to work full time with animals.
Amber has a zoo of her own at home! She and her husband own 3 big, beautiful dogs, and 2 playful cats. Although she has no definite plans for the future, Amber knows that whatever she does, it will include working with animals. |

Christine, Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Shortly after graduating from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, with a BS in Biology in 2007, Christine began at Carver Lake. She has always loved animals and hopes to begin vet school within the next few years.
Christine and her family own a wonderfully crazy yellow lab named Misty. When Christine isn't at Carver Lake she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and of course Misty. She loves to hike, fish, camp, and hunt, and admits she is most happy when she is in the great outdoors. |

April, Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
April joined Carver Lake's team of Receptionists and Assistants in December of 2007. April attended Globe College and obtained her AAS in Veterinary Technology in 2005. She has always had a love of animals and an interest in veterinary medicine.
When not at the clinic April enjoys spending time with her Lab/Greyhound Maggie Lynn, her 3 geckos, 1 newt, her daughter Mya and her husband Micah. April hopes to gain her Veterinary Technician Certification very soon! She also enjoys camping, watching movies, hiking, fishing, drawing and crafts! |

Carrie, Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Carrie joined Carver Lake's team in May of 2008 after a successful career in Interior Design. She came to the veterinary world to find a more rewarding experience, and help strengthen the bond between animals and people. Carrie is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Argosy University and hopes to focus on behavior modification and training service animals.
Carrie has a cat named Trixie, and two Australian Shepherds, Cannon and Diesel. She enjoys hiking, camping, dog training and agility with her husband Patrick and step-daughter Alexis. She can also be found reading, gardening and picnicking in her free time. Carrie has a love for farm animals and hopes to one day own a hobby farm! |

Cindy, Professional Pet Groomer
Cindy earned her degree at the Twin City School of Pet Grooming in 1991. In 1997 she came to Carver Lake Veterinary Center. She has been a huge asset to our team ever since.
When she is not at the clinic she spends time at home with her husband and Doberman, Angel. |
