Oliver is a 1 year old Pot Bellied Pig (yes, for real!) who belongs to Sarah and her family.  Oliver is the only Pot Bellied Pig seen at Carver Lake currently and he certainly attracts a lot of attention every time her visits! 

Oliver's owners say that Pot Bellied Pigs are very smart animals....which also gets them into a lot of trouble!  And, Oliver is no exception :)

Oliver's family's friends always love to come over and visit such a unique pet.  Oliver spends his days entertaining his guests, and loves to snuggle.  In the winter he will put his whole nose under blankets to keep warm.  His family feels very lucky to have such a loving, special pet in their lives.

Sully Rose is an adorable little 7 year old Chihuahua who belongs to Patricia and Ed. 

Although Sully Rose is a mere 3.88 pounds, he makes up for it with his bark!  He also enjoys sleeping on any available lap he can find.

Sully Rose's family thinks he is very special, not only because he is so little and cute, but because he has such a huge heart that everyone he meets falls in love with him!

Mazie is a cute little 1 year old Schnoodle (Schnauzer-Poodle) who lives with Jeff, Kim, Kailey, and Ryan.

Mazie loves running around with her toys, playing fetch, and always enjoys a good game of tug of war with her puppy rope toy.

Mazie's family thinks she is one of the cutest, sweetest, loving dogs they know.  And, in the short year they have had her, she has brought lots of joy to their family.

Stella is a beautiful 11 year old Tonkinese Cat who belongs to Aurielle.  Although she is a senior kitty, Stella still enjoys playing with toys, especially her favorite "cat in the hat" toy that she loves to carry around the house in her mouth.

Stella is special in many ways, but one of her best features is her eyes.  When you look into those sapphire blue eyes (that are always crossed) you can't help but be in a better mood. 

Zoey is an adorable little 2 year old Yorkipoo who belongs to David, Tracey, and Jamie.

Zoey spends her time sleeping in the sun and chewing on shoes.  And, although she may be small, she also enjoys running with the big dogs.

Everyone who meets Zoey is instantly in love with her.  This little gal may be only 6 pounds, but she sure has a HUGE heart! 

Chopper, a.k.a. "The Chopper Dog," is a three year old yellow lab who belongs to Reggie, Kristina, and little Avery.  He is a fun loving dog and is a big part of this family.

In fact, Chopper is such a wonderful dog that even strangers want to stop and say hello.  They've even had drivers pull their cars over so they can meet him!  Chopper's family feels very fortunate that this special dog is a part of their lives.

Sam is a fun loving, three year old guinea pig who belongs to Kristine.  This little guy is no ordinary guinea pig.  In addition to enjoying the standard activities of eating and sleeping, Sam is an excellent cuddler and has been known to play a pretty incredible game of tag!

Kristine loves her extraordinary little pig, Sam.  He is special is so many ways and she feels very lucky to have him in her life.

Harlie is a two year old Boxer owned by Mark and Lora.  Harlie is an energetic dog who enjoys spending time with her family, although her favorite pastime would definitely be chewing on bones.

Harlie is special to Mark and Lora for many reasons, but one of the things they say sets her apart from other dogs is her ability to jump!

Nadia is a one year old black lab crossed with a border terrier.  The staff at Carver Lake has been fortunate enough to get to know Nadia very well because she has come here for daycare since she was a puppy!  We've enjoyed watching her grow into the great dog that she is.

Her owners, Justin & Anne, say that Nadia loves chasing balls, playing in the snow, and digging.  She is very friendly and an absolute joy to have in their lives.

Hollywood is a six year old Domestic Mediumhair cat owned by Jeff, Shannon, and their family. She loves playing with the family dog Levi, and like most cats, enjoys her nap time.

Hollywood loves people too.  In fact, even people who generally don't like cats, love her!  Hollywood's family feels very fortunate to have such a special cat in their lives.

Zeppelin is a four year old Labradoodle owned by the Edwards Family.  He is a very active dog who enjoys things like playing ball, tug-of-war, and of course chewing on bones. 

Zeppelin's family absolutely loves having him as a pet, and their favorite thing about him is energy.  They say he is "the living definition of enthusiasm."

Hunter is a handsom, three year old, English Setter owned by Dean, Svetlana, Contessa, and Dan.  Although he primarily enjoys outdoor activities like swimming in the river and hunting in the woods, he has also been known to enjoy a good game of "dress up" with the kids :)

Hunter is such a special dog, and is wonderful with the kids.  His loving (and tolerant) personality makes him a perfect fit for this family.
